In Thursday's league test, the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) basketball squad trounced the host Maret Frogs (Washington, DC), by a final score of 71-49.

Next, the Quakers clash with the Bullis Bulldogs (Potomac, MD) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 10. Sidwell Friends will attempt to upgrade on its 19-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 17-6 record after their 91-30 league win over Georgetown Day (Washington, DC).

The Frogs (15-8) will now prepare for their test against Potomac School (McLean, VA). The Panthers come into the VISAA Division I test with a 16-8 record. In their last test, Potomac School bounced Georgetown Visitation Prep (Washington, DC), 65-57, in a league test.
