February 6, 2025: Lansing, IL 60438 The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves (Lansing, IL) and the visiting Tinley Park Titans (Tinley Park, IL), observed Thornton Fractional South's basketball team overwhelm Tinley Park by a score of 51-18.
The Red Wolves (21-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Thornton Fractional North (Calumet City, IL). The Meteors come into the South Suburban - Blue challenge with a 20-8 record. In their last challenge, Thornton Fractional North trounced Oak Lawn (Oak Lawn, IL), 71-50, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Titans battle the Lemont Lemont HS (Lemont, IL) in a South Suburban - Blue challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Tinley Park will attempt to improve on its 3-18 season record. The Lemont HS come into the challenge with a 13-11 record after their 53-19 league win over Bremen (Midlothian, IL).
