Minnesota High School Ice Hockey - Breck holds off Hopkins
February 6, 2025: Minneapolis, MN 55422 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Breck Mustangs ice hockey team scored a close 6-5 victory over the Hopkins Royals.
The Mustangs (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Faribault (Faribault, MN). The Falcons go into the non-league contest with a 5-14 record. In their last contest, Faribault was nipped by Winona (Winona, MN), 8-1, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Royals play the Osseo Orioles (Osseo, MN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 8. Hopkins will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Orioles go into the contest with a 4-10 record after their 7-2 non-league loss to Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN).
