New Jersey High School Basketball - Cinnaminson can't hold off Washington Township
February 7, 2022: Sewell, NJ 08080 The Washington Township Minutemen basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Cinnaminson Pirates to 61 in the Minutemen non-league triumph on Monday.
The Minutemen now sport a 4-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodrow Wilson for a Olympic - National contest on Wednesday, February 9. Washington Township will battle a Tigers team coming off a 80-68 league loss to Camden (Camden, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 10-4.
The Pirates (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Holy Cross (Delran, NJ). The Lancers enter the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Holy Cross nudged Audubon (Audubon, NJ), 58-25, in a non-league contest.
