Kentucky High School Basketball - Evangel Christian nudges Madison Central
February 7, 2022: Louisville, KY 40219 Evangel Christian Eagles (Louisville, KY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Madison Central Indians (Richmond, KY), 63-57 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Evangel Christian upgrades its record to 15-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to John Hardin (Elizabethtown, KY) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 8. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 16-7. John Hardin lost 100-72 in their recent non-league bout against George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY)
Next up, the Indians clash with the Lexington Catholic Knights (Lexington, KY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 8. Madison Central will attempt to upgrade on its 15-8 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 20-4 record after their 58-52 non-league win over Trinity (Louisville, KY).
