New Jersey High School Basketball - Saddle Brook knocked off by New Milford

The New Milford Knights basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Saddle Brook Falcons to 41 in the Knights non-league triumph on Monday.

The Knights now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lyndhurst for a North Jersey - Liberty contest on Thursday, February 10. New Milford will battle a Golden Bears team coming off a 53-43 league win over Bergen Charter (Hackensack, NJ). The Golden Bears record now stands at 6-12.

The Falcons (0-9) will now prepare for their contest against Wallington (Wallington, NJ). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Wallington ran past Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology (Paterson, NJ), 74-41, in a non-league contest.
