Nestucca Bobcats (Cloverdale, OR) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Knappa Loggers (Astoria, OR), 49-16 in a league bout.

With the win, Nestucca upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season.

Next up, the Loggers clash with the City Christian Lions (Portland, OR) in a 2A Northwest bout, on Wednesday, February 9. Knappa will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 3-8 record after their 38-35 league win over Portland Christian (Portland, OR).
