Oklahoma High School Basketball - Weatherford nips Anadarko
February 7, 2023: Weatherford, OK 73096 Weatherford Eagles (Weatherford, OK) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Anadarko Warriors (Anadarko, OK), 4-2 in a league bout.
With the win, Weatherford upgrades its record to 19-1 on the season. The Eagles host Tuttle (Tuttle, OK) to play the Tigers in a Western - North bout on Thursday, February 9. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 10-6. Tuttle won 58-48 in their recent league bout against Newcastle (Newcastle, OK)
Next up, the Warriors play the Bethany Bronchos (Bethany, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Anadarko will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bronchos go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 71-57 non-league loss to Crossings Christian (Oklahoma City, OK).
