Colorado High School Basketball - Cedaredge tops Gunnison
February 7, 2023: Gunnison, CO 81230 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Cedaredge Bruins (Cedaredge, CO) and the host Gunnison Cowboys (Gunnison, CO), saw Cedaredge's basketball squad knock off Gunnison by a count of 60-43.
With the victory, Cedaredge upgrades its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Grand Valley (Parachute, CO) to play the Cardinals in a 3A Western Slope challenge on Friday, February 10. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 7-8. Grand Valley won 59-44 in their recent league challenge against Olathe (Olathe, CO)
Next up, the Cowboys play the Meeker Cowboys (Meeker, CO) in a 3A Western Slope challenge, on Friday, February 10. Gunnison will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a 10-6 record after their 52-31 non-league win over Little Snake River (Baggs, WY).
