The Trinity Christian Gryphons basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Immanuel Christian Warriors to 54 in the Gryphons non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Gryphons now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to King Abdullah Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 9. Trinity Christian will battle a Falcons team coming off a 80-69 non-league loss to St. Michael the Archangel (Fredericksburg, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 9-6.
The Warriors (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Fairfax HomeSchool (Fairfax, VA). The Hawks enter the Virginia HomeSchool contest with a 9-11 record. In their last contest, Fairfax HomeSchool ran past Legacy Christian Academy (Stephens City, VA), 61-33, in a non-league contest.
