February 7, 2023: Byron, MN 55920 The St. Peter Saints (St. Peter, MN) basketball felled the host Byron Bears (Byron, MN), 70-60 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Saints (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Fairmont (Fairmont, MN). The Cardinals go into the non-league test with a 11-7 record. In their last test, Fairmont was beaten by Pipestone (Pipestone, MN), 64-47, in a league test.
The Bears now own a 13-8 record. They play next when they travel to Lourdes for a non-league test on Friday, February 10. Byron will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 56-49 non-league loss to Stewartville (Stewartville, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 16-4.
