February 7, 2023: Eugene, OR 97404 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Springfield Millers (Springfield, OR) and the host North Eugene Highlanders (Eugene, OR), saw Springfield's basketball squad overcome North Eugene by a tally of 55-35.
With the victory, Springfield improves its record to 14-6 on the campaign. The Millers travel to Ashland (Ashland, OR) to confront the Grizzlies in a 5A Midwestern challenge on Friday, February 10. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a record of 3-15. Ashland lost 72-17 in their recent league challenge against Crater (Central Point, OR)
Next up, the Highlanders confront the Crater Comets (Central Point, OR) in a 5A Midwestern challenge, on Friday, February 10. North Eugene will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 14-6 record after their 72-17 league win over Ashland (Ashland, OR).
