Illinois High School Basketball - Sycamore overwhelms Marengo
February 7, 2023: Marengo, IL 60152 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Sycamore Spartans (Sycamore, IL) and the host Marengo Indians (Marengo, IL), saw Sycamore's basketball squad wallop Marengo by a tally of 57-28.
With the victory, Sycamore improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Plano (Plano, IL) to confront the Reapers in a challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Reapers come into the challenge with a record of 18-8.
Next up, the Indians confront the Crystal Lake Central Tigers (Crystal Lake, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 8. Marengo will attempt to improve on its 4-22 season record.
