Vermont High School Basketball - Bellows Free Academy crushes Craftsbury Academy
February 7, 2024: St. Albans, VT 05478 Bellows Free Academy Bobwhites/Comets (St. Albans, VT) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Craftsbury Academy Chargers (Craftsbury Common, VT), 65-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bellows Free Academy upgrades its record to 9-9 on the season. The Bobwhites/Comets travel to Rice Memorial (South Burlington, VT) to play the Green Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Green Knights go into the bout with a record of 16-1. Rice Memorial won 70-54 in their recent league bout against Champlain Valley Union (Hinesburg, VT)
Next up, the Chargers play the Bellows Free Academy Bullets (Fairfax, VT) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 7. Craftsbury Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record. The Bullets go into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 54-33 league loss to Winooski (Winooski, VT).
