Utah High School Basketball - Morgan beaten by South Summit
February 7, 2024: Kamas, UT 84036 In Wednesday's league match, the host South Summit Wildcats basketball team scored a good 61-51 triumph over the Morgan Trojans.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Union Cougars (Roosevelt, UT) in a 3A Region 13 match, on Friday, February 9. South Summit will attempt to move on its 19-3 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 9-13 record after their 65-54 league loss to Ogden (Ogden, UT).
The Trojans (11-11) will now prepare for their battle against Ben Lomond (Ogden, UT). The Scots come into the 3A Region 13 battle with a 5-17 record. In their last battle, Ben Lomond was toppled by Grantsville (Grantsville, UT), 52-41, in a league battle.
