February 7, 2024: Athens, MI 49011 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Athens Indians (Athens, MI) and the visiting Camden-Frontier Redskins (Camden, MI), saw Athens's basketball squad overcome Camden-Frontier by a tally of 44-27.
With the victory, Athens improves its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Concord (Concord, MI) to confront the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 9. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 11-3. Concord won 47-30 in their recent league challenge against Quincy (Quincy, MI)
Next up, the Redskins confront the Pittsford Wildcats (Pittsford, MI) in a Southern Central challenge, on Friday, February 9. Camden-Frontier will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 11-3 record after their 41-37 non-league loss to Reading (Reading, MI).
