The Queen Anne's County Lions basketball team (Centreville, MD), was overwhelmed 81-41 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Wicomico Indians (Salisbury, MD)

The Indians now possess a 19-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washington for a Bayside - South battle on Friday, February 9. Wicomico will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 73-37 non-league loss to Cambridge-South Dorchester (Cambridge, MD). The Jaguars record now stands at 3-9.

The Lions (14-2) will now prepare for their battle against North Caroline (Ridgely, MD). The Bulldogs come into the Bayside - North battle with a 12-5 record. In their last battle, North Caroline trounced Parkside (Salisbury, MD), 66-59, in a non-league battle.
