Illinois High School Basketball - Lutheran bests Bunker Hill
February 7, 2025: Springfield, IL 62711 The Lutheran Crusaders basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Bunker Hill Minutemen to 35 in the Crusaders league triumph on Friday.
The Crusaders now possess a 7-18 record. They play next when they host Griggsville-Perry for a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. Lutheran will play a Tornadoes team coming off a 44-40 non-league loss to Camp Point Central (Camp Point, IL). The Tornadoes record now stands at 11-14.
With the loss, Bunker Hill falls to 9-16 on the campaign. The Minutemen travel to Lebanon (Lebanon, IL) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league game on Monday, February 10. The Greyhounds go into the game with a record of 4-18. Lebanon lost 77-30 in their recent league game against Marissa/Coulterville (Marissa, IL)
