The Castle View Sabercats nipped the visiting Ponderosa Mustangs basketball squad by a final score of 61-54 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Sabercats face the Chaparral Wolverines (Parker, CO) in a 6A/5A Continental outing, on Wednesday, February 12. Castle View will attempt to upgrade on its 8-12 season record. The Wolverines enter the outing with a 16-3 record after their 67-61 league win over Heritage (Littleton, CO).

The Mustangs (6-13) will now prepare for their outing against Douglas County (Castle Rock, CO). The Huskies enter the 6A/5A Continental outing with a 5-14 record. In their last outing, Douglas County got by Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, CO), 57-51, in a non-league outing.
