Evergreen Vikings (Metamora, OH) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Liberty Center Tigers (Liberty Center, OH), 66-63 in a league battle.

With the victory, Evergreen advances its record to 13-7 on the year. The Vikings travel to Swanton (Swanton, OH) to meet the Bulldogs in a Northwest Ohio battle on Friday, February 14. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 11-9.

The Tigers now own a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bluffton for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 8. Liberty Center will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 52-42 non-league loss to Columbus Grove (Columbus Grove, OH). The Pirates record now stands at 12-7.
