New York High School Basketball - Lockport can't hold off Kenmore West
February 7, 2025: Buffalo, NY 14223 Kenmore West Blue Devils (Buffalo, NY) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Lockport Lions (Lockport, NY), 71-66 in a league match.
With the victory, Kenmore West upgrades its record to 7-4 on the year. The Blue Devils host Frontier (Hamburg, NY) to face the Falcons in a non-league match on Saturday, February 8. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 3-7. Frontier lost 65-43 in their recent league match against Williamsville North (Williamsville, NY)
The Lions now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Orchard Park for a non-league match on Monday, February 10. Lockport will face a Quakers squad coming off a 75-60 non-league win over Lake Shore (Angola, NY). The Quakers record now stands at 14-2.
