The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Lutheran Mustangs (San Antonio, TX) and the host San Juan Diego Catholic Saints (Austin, TX), observed Lutheran's basketball team overwhelm San Juan Diego Catholic by a score of 74-48.

The Mustangs (9-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Live Oak Classical (Waco, TX). The Falcons come into the TAPPS 3A District 4 challenge with a 25-6 record. In their last challenge, Live Oak Classical was routed by Faith Academy (Marble Falls, TX), 61-51, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Saints encounter the San Marcos Academy Bears (San Marcos, TX) in a TAPPS 3A District 4 challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. San Juan Diego Catholic will attempt to improve on its 14-14 season record.
