February 7, 2025: Sedalia, MO 65301 The Smith-Cotton Tigers (Sedalia, MO) basketball crushed the visiting Warrensburg Tigers (Warrensburg, MO), 65-35 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Rock Bridge for a Central Missouri bout on Monday, February 10. Smith-Cotton will play a Bruins team coming off a 59-28 league win over Capital City (Jefferson City, MO). The Bruins record now stands at 10-6.
With the loss, Warrensburg falls to 1-17 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Oak Grove (Oak Grove, MO) to play the Panthers in a Missouri River Valley - West bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 8-12. Oak Grove lost 68-62 in their recent league bout against Harrisonville (Harrisonville, MO)
