South Carolina High School Basketball - Pendleton overwhelms Belton-Honea Path
February 7, 2025: Honea Path, SC 29654 The Pendleton Bulldogs basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host Belton-Honea Path Bears to 33 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now have a 6-17 record. They play next when they host Crescent for a AAA Region 1 game on Tuesday, February 11. Pendleton will confront a Tigers team coming off a 62-28 non-league loss to Seneca (Seneca, SC). The Tigers record now stands at 6-15.
With the loss, Belton-Honea Path falls to 4-14 on the campaign. The Bears host Walhalla (Walhalla, SC) to confront the Razorbacks in a AAA Region 1 game on Tuesday, February 11. The Razorbacks go into the game with a record of 21-3. Walhalla won 65-49 in their recent league game against West-Oak (Westminster, SC)
