February 7, 2025: Chestertown, MD 21620 Chestertown Christian Academy Patriots (Chestertown, MD) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Fairwinds Christian Knights (Bear, DE), 35-29 in a league match.
With the victory, Chestertown Christian Academy advances its record to 3-4 on the year. The Patriots travel to Greenwood Mennonite (Greenwood, DE) to face the Flames in a non-league match on Monday, February 10. The Flames enter the match with a record of 13-3. Greenwood Mennonite won 37-31 in their recent league match against Holly Grove Christian (Westover, MD)
The Knights now own a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Concord Christian Academy for a Delaware Valley Christian match on Tuesday, February 11. Fairwinds Christian will face a Minutemen squad coming off a 33-18 league loss to Chestertown Christian Academy (Chestertown, MD). The Minutemen record now stands at 0-7.
