Iowa High School Basketball - Clinton thwarts Davenport West
February 7, 2025: Davenport, IA 52804 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Clinton River Kings (Clinton, IA) and the host Davenport West Falcons (Davenport, IA), observed Clinton's basketball team knock off Davenport West by a score of 57-41.
The River Kings (7-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Muscatine (Muscatine, IA). The Muskies come into the Mississippi challenge with a 5-14 record. In their last challenge, Muscatine dropped by Bettendorf (Bettendorf, IA), 75-42, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Falcons encounter the Davenport Central Blue Devils (Davenport, IA) in a Mississippi challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Davenport West will attempt to improve on its 2-16 season record.
