Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Gladwin holds off Stoney Creek
February 7, 2025: Rochester Hills, MI 48306 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Gladwin Flying G's ice hockey team scored a close 4-3 victory over the Stoney Creek Cougars.
The Flying G's (17-5) will now prepare for their contest against Jeffers (Painesdale, MI). The Jets go into the non-league contest with a 15-3 record. In their last contest, Jeffers edged Kingsford (Kingsford, MI), 2-1, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cougars play the Troy Colts (Troy, MI) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 13. Stoney Creek will attempt to better on its 4-13 season record. The Colts go into the contest with a 14-7 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Roosevelt (Wyandotte, MI).
