New York High School Ice Hockey - Queensbury nudges Saranac
February 7, 2025: Queensbury, NY 12804 The Queensbury Spartans ice hockey team scored 5 points and held the visiting Saranac Spartans to 3 in the Spartans non-league victory on Friday.
The Spartans now hold a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake for a bout on Saturday, February 8. Queensbury will play a Spartans team coming off a 8-2 league loss to Shenendehowa (Clifton Park, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Saranac moves to 9-6 on the season. The Spartans travel to Saratoga Springs (Saratoga Springs, NY) to play the Blue Streaks in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 8.
