California High School Basketball - King City trounced by Soledad
February 7, 2025: Soledad, CA 93960 Soledad Aztecs (Soledad, CA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting King City Mustangs (King City, CA), 69-22 in a league match.
With the victory, Soledad advances its record to 13-8 on the year. The Aztecs travel to North Salinas (Salinas, CA) to face the Vikings in a match on Tuesday, February 11. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 16-3. North Salinas won 63-31 in their recent league match against King City (King City, CA)
The Mustangs now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greenfield for a match on Thursday, February 13. King City will face a Bruins squad coming off a 63-45 league win over St. Francis (Watsonville, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 7-10.
