Connecticut High School Basketball - New Canaan falls to Warde
February 8, 2022: New Canaan, CT 06840 In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Warde Mustangs basketball team scored a good 57-43 triumph over the New Canaan Rams.
In their next game, the Mustangs meet the Ludlowe Falcons (Fairfield, CT) in a Fairfield County match, on Friday, February 11. Warde will attempt to better on its 10-5 season record. The Falcons enter the match with a 5-9 record after their 56-51 league loss to Westhill (Stamford, CT).
With the defeat, New Canaan moves to 5-9 on the year. The Rams host Darien (Darien, CT) to meet the Blue Wave in a Fairfield County match on Thursday, February 10. The Blue Wave enter the match with a record of 8-7. Darien lost 66-54 in their recent league match against St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT)
