Connecticut High School Basketball - Ridgefield overwhelms Norwalk
February 8, 2022: Ridgefield, CT 06877 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Ridgefield Tigers (Ridgefield, CT) and the visiting Norwalk Bears (Norwalk, CT), saw Ridgefield's basketball squad wallop Norwalk by a count of 83-53.
With the victory, Ridgefield upgrades its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Tigers host Wilton (Wilton, CT) to play the Warriors in a Fairfield County challenge on Friday, February 11. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 12-2. Wilton won 69-52 in their recent league challenge against Trumbull (Trumbull, CT)
Next up, the Bears play the McMahon Senators (Norwalk, CT) in a Fairfield County challenge, on Friday, February 11. Norwalk will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record. The Senators come into the challenge with a 2-11 record after their 66-49 league loss to Danbury (Danbury, CT).
