Laguna Creek Cardinals (Elk Grove, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Kennedy Cougars (Sacramento, CA), 57-29 in a league bout.

With the victory, Laguna Creek upgrades its record to 20-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Grant (Sacramento, CA) to play the Pacers in a Metropolitan Conference bout on Friday, February 11. The Pacers come into the bout with a record of 17-8. Grant won 55-31 in their recent league bout against Kennedy (Sacramento, CA)
