New Mexico High School Basketball - Los Alamos succumbs to Moriarty
February 8, 2022: Moriarty, NM 87035 The Moriarty Pintos topped the visiting Los Alamos Hilltoppers basketball team by a final score of 48-34 in Tuesday's league game.
In their next game, the Pintos face the Espanola Valley Sundevils (Espanola, NM) in a 4A District 2 game, on Thursday, February 10. Moriarty will attempt to move on its 15-3 season record. The Sundevils enter the game with a 10-11 record after their 65-50 league win over Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM).
With the defeat, Los Alamos moves to 10-11 on the year. The Hilltoppers travel to Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM) to face the Sundevils in a 4A District 2 game on Saturday, February 12. The Sundevils enter the game with a record of 10-12. Espanola Valley lost 49-33 in their recent league game against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM)
