New Milford Knights (New Milford, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Mary Help of Christians Academy Blue Jays (North Haledon, NJ), 43-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, New Milford upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Knights host Lyndhurst (Lyndhurst, NJ) to clash with the Golden Bears in a North Jersey - Liberty bout on Thursday, February 10. The Golden Bears go into the bout with a record of 8-7. Lyndhurst won 71-22 in their recent league bout against Bergen Charter (Hackensack, NJ)

Next up, the Blue Jays clash with the Lodi Rams (Lodi, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 10. Mary Help of Christians Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 4-12 record after their 38-19 league loss to Glen Rock (Glen Rock, NJ).
