Texas High School Basketball - Dickinson nips Clear Brook
February 8, 2023: Dickinson, TX 77539 Dickinson Gators (Dickinson, TX) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Clear Brook Wolverines (Friendswood, TX), 57-54 in a league bout.
With the victory, Dickinson upgrades its record to 23-9 on the campaign. The Gators host Clear Springs (League City, TX) to play the Chargers in a 6A Region III District 24 bout on Saturday, February 11. The Chargers come into the bout with a record of 20-9. Clear Springs lost 49-45 in their recent league bout against Clear Brook (Friendswood, TX)
Next up, the Wolverines play the Clear Falls Knights (League City, TX) in a 6A Region III District 24 bout, on Saturday, February 11. Clear Brook will attempt to upgrade on its 15-16 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 22-7 record after their 66-43 league win over Clear Creek (League City, TX).
