The Mar Vista Mariners tipped the visiting Sweetwater Red Devils basketball team by a final score of 35-29 in Wednesday's league game.

In their next game, the Mariners face the Castle Park Trojans (Chula Vista, CA) in a South Bay game, on Friday, February 10. Mar Vista will attempt to move on its 7-12 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 4-20 record after their 30-15 league win over Southwest SD (San Diego, CA).
