California High School Soccer - Avalon overwhelmed by Whittier Christian
February 8, 2023: La Habra, CA 90631 The Whittier Christian Heralds smashed the visiting Avalon Lancers soccer squad by a margin of 10-0 in Wednesday's non-league match.
The Heralds now sport a 13-13 record. They play next when they travel to Rim of the World for a non-league match on Friday, February 10. Whittier Christian will encounter a Fighting Scots squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Victor Valley (Victorville, CA). The Fighting Scots record now stands at 9-6.
With the loss, Avalon drops to 5-13 on the season.
