West Virginia High School Basketball - Grafton topples Point Pleasant

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Grafton Bearcats (Grafton, WV) basketball squad beat the host Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV), by a margin of 52-43.

The Bearcats (7-9) will now prepare for their outing against Liberty (Clarksburg, WV). The Mountaineers go into the Big Ten outing with a 12-5 record. In their last outing, Liberty defeated Scott (Madison, WV), 52-50, in a non-league outing.

The Big Blacks now own a 6-11 record. They play next when they host Scott for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 10. Point Pleasant will clash with a Skyhawks squad coming off a 52-50 non-league loss to Liberty (Clarksburg, WV). The Skyhawks record now stands at 6-13.
