New York High School Basketball - Hilton overwhelms Our Lady of Mercy
February 8, 2024: Hilton, NY 14468 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Hilton Cadets (Hilton, NY) and the visiting Our Lady of Mercy Monarchs (Rochester, NY), saw Hilton's basketball squad wallop Our Lady of Mercy by a tally of 53-26.
With the victory, Hilton improves its record to 15-4 on the campaign. The Cadets host Webster Schroeder (Webster, NY) to play the Warriors in a Section 5 Monroe 1 challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 13-5. Webster Schroeder won 53-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Bishop Kearney (Rochester, NY)
Next up, the Monarchs play the Fairport Red Raiders (Fairport, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 10. Our Lady of Mercy will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 47-40 league loss to Webster Schroeder (Webster, NY).
