February 8, 2025: Flint, MI 48505 The Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI) basketball crushed the host New Standard Academy Spartans (Flint, MI), 72-48 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 12-9 record. They play next when they host Grosse Pointe South for a Macomb Area - Red bout on Friday, February 14.
With the loss, New Standard Academy falls to 9-7 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Flint Southwestern Academy (Flint, MI) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11.
