Indiana High School Basketball - Delta defeats Mississinewa

February 8, 2025: Muncie, IN 47303

The Delta Eagles (Muncie, IN) basketball were winner over the visiting Mississinewa Indians (Gas City, IN), 58-49 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 12-5 record. They play next when they host New Castle for a Hoosier Heritage bout on Friday, February 14. Delta will play a Trojans team coming off a 54-45 non-league loss to Franklin County (Brookville, IN). The Trojans record now stands at 8-10.

With the loss, Mississinewa falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Indians host Pendleton Heights (Pendleton, IN) to play the Arabians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Arabians go into the bout with a record of 6-12. Pendleton Heights won 66-42 in their recent league bout against Yorktown (Yorktown, IN)
