Illinois High School Basketball - Lisle nips Illinois Math & Science Academy
February 8, 2025: Aurora, IL 60506 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Lisle Lions basketball team scored a tight 71-70 victory over the Illinois Math & Science Academy Titans.
With the victory, Lisle advances its record to 6-22 on the year. The Lions host Mooseheart (Mooseheart, IL) to meet the Red Ramblers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 11. The Red Ramblers enter the battle with a record of 6-16. Mooseheart lost 62-40 in their recent league battle against Westlake Christian Academy (Grayslake, IL)
The Titans now own a 6-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elmwood Park for a non-league battle on Monday, February 10. Illinois Math & Science Academy will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 58-54 non-league win over Streamwood (Streamwood, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 9-17.
