Colorado High School Basketball - Falcon overwhelms Coronado

February 8, 2025: Falcon, CO 80831

The Falcon Falcons basketball team scored 75 points and limited the visiting Coronado Cougars to 14 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Falcons now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they host Elizabeth for a 6A/5A/4A Colorado Springs Metro - North game on Tuesday, February 11. Falcon will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 56-42 non-league loss to Weld Central (Keenesburg, CO). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-10.

With the loss, Coronado falls to 1-19 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Mesa Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO) to confront the Grizzlies in a 6A/5A/4A Colorado Springs Metro - South game on Friday, February 14. The Grizzlies go into the game with a record of 8-11. Mesa Ridge won 51-20 in their recent non-league game against Pueblo Central (Pueblo, CO)
