February 9, 2022: Brattleboro, VT 05301 The Brattleboro Colonels (Brattleboro, VT) basketball nipped the visiting Northampton Blue Devils (Northampton, MA), 56-53 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Colonels (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Mount Anthony (Bennington, VT). The Patriots go into the Marble Valley - A test with a 2-9 record. In their last test, Mount Anthony was tipped by Hoosick Falls (Hoosick Falls, NY), 42-40, in a non-league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Putnam Vo-Tech for a non-league test on Thursday, February 10. Northampton will encounter a Beavers squad coming off a 54-46 league win over Chicopee (Chicopee, MA). The Beavers record now stands at 1-9.
