The Northampton County Jaguars topped the visiting Northwest Halifax Vikings basketball team by a final score of 47-28 in Wednesday's league game.

With the defeat, Northwest Halifax moves to 5-10 on the year. The Vikings host Weldon (Weldon, NC) to face the Chargers in a 1A Conference 9 game on Friday, February 11. The Chargers enter the game with a record of 7-7. Weldon won 50-28 in their recent league game against KIPP Pride (Gaston, NC)
