February 9, 2023: Delta Junction, AK 99737 Mt. Edgecumbe Braves (Sitka, AK) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Delta Huskies (Delta Junction, AK), 71-68 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Mt. Edgecumbe upgrades its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Braves travel to North Pole (North Pole, AK) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Friday, February 10. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 7-6. North Pole won 43-37 in their recent non-league bout against Seward (Seward, AK)
Next up, the Huskies play the Seward Seahawks (Seward, AK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Delta will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Seahawks come into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 43-37 non-league loss to North Pole (North Pole, AK).
