Immaculata Spartans (Somerville, NJ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Hunterdon Lions (Annandale, NJ), 79-56 in a league bout.

With the victory, Immaculata upgrades its record to 16-4 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Colts Neck (Colts Neck, NJ) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 12-6.

Next up, the Lions play the Sparta Spartans (Sparta, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. North Hunterdon will attempt to upgrade on its 8-12 season record.
