California High School Basketball - Chavez nipped by WISH Academy
February 9, 2023: San Fernando, CA 91340 The WISH Academy Owls tipped the host Chavez Eagles basketball team by a final score of 39-38 in Thursday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Owls face the Larchmont Charter Timberwolves (West Hollywood, CA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, February 14. WISH Academy will attempt to move on its 12-3 season record. The Timberwolves enter the game with a 13-3 record after their 54-51 non-league win over Diego Rivera (Los Angeles, CA).
With the defeat, Chavez moves to 6-19 on the year.
