South Carolina High School Basketball - Orangeburg Prep fells Thomas Sumter Academy
February 9, 2023: Dalzell, SC 29040 Orangeburg Prep Indians (Orangeburg, SC) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Thomas Sumter Academy Generals (Dalzell, SC), 45-29 in a league bout.
With the win, Orangeburg Prep upgrades its record to 14-4 on the season. The Indians travel to Northside Christian Academy (Lexington, SC) to clash with the Crusaders in a bout on Monday, February 13. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Northside Christian Academy won 50-44 in their recent league bout against Palmetto Christian Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC)
Next up, the Generals clash with the Palmetto Christian Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC) in a challenge, on Monday, February 13. Thomas Sumter Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-12 season record.
