Minnesota High School Basketball - Andover trounces Hibbing
February 9, 2024: Andover, MN 55304 The Andover Huskies (Andover, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Hibbing Bluejackets (Hibbing, MN), 91-63 in Friday's non-league test.
The Huskies (9-13) will now prepare for their test against Blaine (Blaine, MN). The Bengals go into the AAAA Section 7 test with a 5-16 record. In their last test, Blaine was trounced by Spring Lake Park (Spring Lake Park, MN), 101-73, in a non-league test.
The Bluejackets now own a 2-16 record. They play next when they travel to Rockford for a non-league test on Saturday, February 10. Hibbing will encounter a Rockets squad coming off a 67-66 league loss to Dassel-Cokato (Cokato, MN). The Rockets record now stands at 8-15.
